We are hiring a high-performance Director of Operations to serve as second-in-command to the Agency Owner. This is a dual-role leadership position requiring both personal sales production and oversight of Sales Managers.
Compensation: $60,000 Base + Commission + Bonuses + Up to $30,000 Team Incentives
Total Earning Potential: $100,000+

Qualifications
3–5 years leadership experience
3–5 years sales experience
Proven production success
Strong business acumen
High integrity and accountability
Preferred
Insurance Licenses (P&C, Life & Health)
Series 65 License
