We are hiring a high-performance Director of Operations to serve as second-in-command to the Agency Owner. This is a dual-role leadership position requiring both personal sales production and oversight of Sales Managers.

Compensation: $60,000 Base + Commission + Bonuses + Up to $30,000 Team Incentives

Total Earning Potential: $100,000+

This role is ideal for a disciplined, results-driven leader who thrives in performance environments.
