Job description

About Us
Gridline is here to redefine how private markets operate, making them faster, smarter, and more accessible. We are setting a new standard by building the Turnkey Alternatives Management Platform (TAMP) to help wealth managers run private market programs at scale. As a ledger-native system of record, Gridline provides a single source of truth that tracks the entire investment lifecycle down to the transaction layer, enabling RIAs, family offices, and private banks to manage their private markets business in one place.
Our team brings deep experience across both enterprise technology and alternative investments to build the infrastructure layer the industry has always lacked. Backed by an $18.5M Series A led by FINTOP, we are creating the systems and structuring the data required to define the next generation of private market investing. Are you up to the challenge?
The Opportunity
Gridline is seeking a Director of Marketing with a heavy Product Marketing DNA to define how Gridline is perceived in the market. You will be the architect of our brand voice, positioning, and content strategy and work cross-functionally with RevOps and Sales. Your mission is to take our complex fintech infrastructure and translate it into a compelling, high-trust narrative that resonates with RIAs, GPs, and private banks.
This is a strategic, high-impact role for a marketer who loves the craft but also embraces the future of work. You will be expected to build an AI-augmented marketing engine, using all sorts automations (LLMs and beyond) to scale our content production without sacrificing the high-caliber precision required in the private markets space. You will ensure that every touchpoint in the customer journey feels cohesive, authoritative, and differentiated.
This is an amazing opportunity to join Gridline at this inflection point and make a real impact.
In this role you will...
  • Lead Content Strategy: Implement workflows to accelerate the production of high-caliber thought leadership, white papers, and case studies while maintaining institutional-grade accuracy.
  • Define Positioning: Own the core messaging frameworks for our platform, ensuring we have a distinct and defensible brand voice across all target segments.
  • Enable Sales: Build the collateral - from pitch decks and one-pagers to microsites - that empowers our sales teams to close complex enterprise deals.
  • Lead Product Launches: Partner closely with the Product and Sales teams to manage the go-to-market strategy for new features, ensuring clear value articulation and market readiness.
  • Drive Brand Authority: Oversee our digital presence and external communications, ensuring consistent, high-standard execution across all marketing channels.
  • Optimize with AI: Leverage AI tools for competitive intelligence, market research, automations, and SEO optimization to keep our positioning ahead of market shifts.

You have...
  • Experience: At least 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS, (ideally in Fintech or Wealthtech - but not a requirement).
  • Hard Skills: Mastery of technical writing, sales enablement, and in a major CRM; proficiency in using AI tools (e.g. Gemini, Claude) to scale creative and research workflows.
  • Location: Based in Atlanta, GA (hybrid).

$150,000 - $175,000 a year
  • Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including specialized skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  • This salary range is one component of our total rewards package.

We offer...
  • Impact: The opportunity to join a Series A fintech at a high-growth inflection point.
  • Mission-Driven Work: The ability to revolutionize the private markets space and build the industry's infrastructure layer.
  • Elite Collaboration: A tight-knit team of experienced operators and builders who are passionate about scaling startups.
