Job description

Nonprofit association seeks a Director of Information Technology to provide strategic oversight of technology operations.ย 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop IT strategy and implement technology initiatives that align with departmental objectives.
  • Regularly monitor network security and ensure systems are available and easily accessible to internal staff and external users.ย 
  • Serve as a point of contact for external IT service providers while developing contracts and establishing policies and best practices related to data and systems.ย 
  • Evaluate new technologies, recommend IT solutions, and identify opportunities to improve delivery and user experience.
  • Manage technology services, such as mobile devices and email systems.ย 
  • Facilitate staff training in cybersecurity and data protection.ย 
  • Maintain websites, portals, databases, and cloud-based communications platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with technology policies and regulations.ย 
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
