You will work directly with executive leadership to scale a 600+ agent platform into its next era of influence and market dominance, powered by systems, standards, and bold vision.

You'll be the architect of what comes next for a 600+ agent platform operating at the top of the real estate world. You'll work directly with executive leadership to drive agent attraction, build repeatable talent pipelines, and push the market center into a new era of dominance powered by your systems, your instincts, and your relentless belief in what people can build together.

Responsibilities

Your mission is to drive growth across the entire Market Center expanding the agent base, increasing market presence, and building the systems that make momentum repeatable.

  • Lead all agent attraction efforts building genuine relationships that convert elite real estate professionals into long-term partners
  • Design and manage growth funnels that create predictable, high-quality talent pipelines
  • Own the end-to-end experience for agents exploring KW North Atlanta from first impression to signed agreement
  • Partner with executive leadership to expand market presence and geographic footprint
  • Track growth metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity and turn data into decisions
  • Build and refine systems that make growth repeatable
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to increase market share and agent productivity.
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor top-performing sales agents.
  • Analyze market data to identify emerging trends and opportunities for expansion.
  • Foster a positive and productive culture that drives high performance and agent satisfaction.
