A multi-unit restaurant organization is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee a portfolio of high-volume restaurant locations. This leader will be responsible for driving operational execution, financial performance, talent development, and overall guest experience across a multi-unit territory.

The ideal candidate is currently leading multiple high-volume locations and brings a strong track record of operational consistency, people leadership, and long-term tenure within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations for 8-10 full‑service restaurant locations
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, labor management, and overall operational performance
  • Coach and develop General Managers and operational leadership teams
  • Ensure execution of operational standards, guest experience initiatives, and day‑to‑day excellence
  • Analyze P&L performance and identify opportunities to improve margins and efficiencies
  • Partner cross‑functionally with leadership teams to support staffing, training, and operational initiatives
  • Build a strong culture focused on accountability, development, retention, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead within high‑volume restaurant environments while maintaining consistency and operational discipline
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of multi‑unit leadership experience within casual dining and/or fine dining restaurant operations
  • Current oversight of at least 7 restaurant locations required
  • Must currently be in a multi‑unit leadership role
  • Experience overseeing high‑volume restaurant operations required
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, food cost, and P&L performance
  • Demonstrated tenure and career stability required
  • Quick service backgrounds will only be considered if paired with substantial casual dining and/or fine dining multi‑unit experience
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to develop high‑performing operational teams
  • Candidates must currently reside within reasonable driving distance of the assigned territory
