We are seeking a Senior Strategist or Associate Director of Creative Strategy, title and level commensurate with experience and fit, focusing on evergreen client initiatives and direct client relationships within the travel category. This role is responsible for delivering best-in-class creative work informed by deep category insight, consumer trends, and social-first storytelling — while also leading pre-sale RFP strategy across a diverse range of industries and verticals.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned strategist with experience in a client-facing leadership role, taking full ownership of account needs with greater autonomy. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly blending strategic vision with creative execution to deliver standout campaigns and always-on content that keep travel brands top-of-mind year-round. As the day-to-day lead for travel clients, you'll work directly with clients to translate business goals into bold, influencer-led ideas that resonate culturally and drive measurable impact.   • Experience building, designing, and leading deck building.

  • Experience sourcing indicative creators.

  • Previous experience working in travel, tourism, or hospitality

  • On the pulse of internet culture, especially around travel, lifestyle, and destination content.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling pre-sale RFP strategy across varied industries and client types.

  • Solid communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Strong ability to distill complex client problems into strategically focused influencer briefs.
