A day in the life of a Director of Land Development: ย 

Life as a Director of Land Development is exciting and fulfilling as your job is to oversee all aspects of land development activities. You will be the team leader, accountable for all day-to-day operations, including, but not limited to, site planning and design, entitlement project management, the creation of development schedules and budgets, review and approval of corporate documents, and most importantly, creating and managing a talented team of high achievers with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Most of your day will consist of ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables like feasibility studies and land development budgets along with providing key communication to stakeholders. On a daily basis, you may also complete tasks like managing contractor and consultant relationships while also building relationships with appropriate municipalities.ย
