LOCATION: MINNEAPOLIS, MN

We are a women-owned, entrepreneurial apparel sales + design company specializing in private label, own branded product and collaborations across mass, mid-tier, specialty, and department store retailers.

With domestic and overseas design, sourcing, and product development teams, Combines speed-to-market execution with trend-driven product innovation. Our teams are based across Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Guatemala and Asia, allowing us to move quickly and strategically in a rapidly evolving retail environment.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented sales leader to drive and expand our Target Kids Apparel business. This individual will lead retailer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver innovative product solutions that support Target's business objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong Target relationships, deep knowledge of Target process, and a proven track record of growing major retail accounts. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and grow the Target apparel business across key categories.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales and profitability.

  • Build strong relationships with Target merchants and cross-functional partners.

  • Identify new business opportunities and category expansion initiatives.

  • Partner with internal teams to deliver innovative product solutions and retailer-focused strategies.

  • Provide leadership, market insights, and account direction to support long-term growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years of apparel sales experience, preferably with Target.

  • Proven success growing major retail accounts.

  • Strong relationships within the Target organization.

  • Strong understanding of Target processes.

  • Strategic thinker with strong business, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial, hustler and results driven.

  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, organized, confident.
