Drive alignment across stakeholders and confidently articulate the "why" behind creative decisions. Partner cross‐functionally to concept and launch new initiatives from the ground up. Bring both strategic direction and hands‐on craft to early‐stage work. What you'll bring 9+ years of experience in visual, product brand, and crafting design systems at scale. Work that reflects not just visual polish, but the ability to build, evolve, and diversify brand systems over time. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate how brand decisions impact product experience and user trust. Ability to clearly articulate creative rationale, lead brainstorms, and build alignment across marketing, product, content, engineering and leadership teams. Portfolio demonstrating mastery of visual design fundamentals: typography, composition, hierarchy, and interaction design, with meticulous attention to detail and experience applying brand to product. Experience working in a fast‐paced environment and ability to tackle multiple projects simultaneously, moving between strategic thinking and visual execution with ease.
