Overview

As a Senior Brand Design Manager, Gatorade, you will report to the Design Director, Gatorade, partnering on the design and execution of projects that support PepsiCo's Gatorade functional hydration beverages business in North America. Successful candidates will demonstrate superior ability to generate inspirational design solutions, driving from ideation to execution with quality and strategic excellence.

Responsibilities
  • You will drive design excellence by delivering high-impact, 360-degree creative across every consumer touchpoint.
  • This role demands a unique blend of CPG expertise, a mastery of the print-production process, and the visionary leadership required to tell a compelling brand story.
  • Your work will be diverse, encompassing everything from brand strategies and complex packaging systems to digital campaigns and immersive activations.
  • Reporting to the Design Director, you will bridge the gap between creative execution and broader business goals, collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead projects from concept to completion.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 9-12+ years in design or related fields, with a proven track record of leading creative teams and projects from concept to execution.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing designers as direct reports, including direct oversight of performance, providing creative direction, balancing coaching, career development and day-to-day workflow.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of 360-degree brand design, packaging, and CPG print production (separations, substrates, and specialty printing).
  • Design Talent: As a Senior Design Manager, you are one of our top design talents, expected to jump into projects and deliver best-in-class work while simultaneously managing others.
  • Communication: Extraordinary agency-level presentation skills, capable of articulating creative concepts to diverse audiences.
