Plans, directs, and manages overall operations in his/her department. Conducts ongoing analysis, development and implementation of methods, systems and personnel to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of administrative and customer services in particular departments.
Bachelors Degree in Nursing required.
Active Tennessee Nursing License
Specialty or advanced clinical or healthcare related certification preferred.
3-5 years progressive management experience
