Job description

Qualifications:        
Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred or Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst
Responsibilities:   

Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development and implementation.  Seeking BCBAs for 26/27 school year
1.  Collaborate with Program Behavior Intervention Team (BIT) to develop the scope, depth, and nature of FBA's: including specific lists of information to be  
                reviewed and/or secured and the instruments required to do so.
           2.  When direct observation is required as part of the FBA conduct and/or facilitate the direct observation process   
           3.  Collaborate with Program BIT to develop written FBA's.   
           4.  Collaborate with Program BIT to develop written BIP's.Provide modeling to insure the correct implementation of BIP's in the implementation environment (i.e. classroom,gym,pool,hallway,bus,cafeteria,etc.). 
           5.  Provide ongoing technical assistance to BIP implementers (i.e., institutional personnel, support personnel, one/one assistants, transportation personnel etc.). 
           6.  Provide ongoing technical assistance to BIT's. 
           7.  Provide ongoing assistance to monitor evaluate, and amend BIP's. 
           8.  Participate in/present at IEP, Eligibility, and other meetings. 
           9.  Collaborate with Program BIT to develop written BIP's.
         10.  Provide modeling to insure the correct implementation of BIP's in the implementation environment (i.e. classroom, gym, pool, cafeteria, hallway, bus, etc.). 
         11.  Provide ongoing technical assistance to BIP implementers (i.e., institutional personnel, support personnel, one/one assistants, transportation personnel etc.). 
         12.  Provide ongoing technical assistance to BIT's. 
         13.  Provide ongoing assistance to monitor evaluate, and amend BIP's. 
         14.  Participate in/present at IEP, Eligibility, and other meetings. 
         15.  Collaborate with the administration to effectively implement the program's de-escalation and physical restraint procedures.
POSITION: 180 DAY POSITION PER SCHOOL CALENDAR; FLSA Exempt.  Must have experience in the school setting
