Position Overview:


We are seeking an energetic, polished Sales Director to drive growth across both our private membership base and our premier event spaces. This dual role requires a hospitality professional who can seamlessly shift from touring prospective club members to selling, planning, and executing high-end corporate events, weddings, and private banquets.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Growth: Prospected, toured, and enrolled new club members to meet monthly quotas.

Event Sales: Managed incoming inquiries for banquets, weddings, and corporate meetings from initial contact to contract signing.

Relationship Management: Maintained high visibility within the club to foster member retention and referral networks.

Local Networking: Represented the club at Indianapolis business and community networking events to build a local pipeline.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in hospitality sales, private club membership, or upscale event catering sales.
