Account Executive Overview Focus on consultative sales of embedded and equipment-based solutions Ideal candidates will have exposure to medical device, technical applications or healthcare related products. Remote role based in the midwest. Approximately 75 percent home office and 25 percent travel Profile 2+ years of experience selling technical or equipment-based solutions Background supporting OEM customers required Based near a major airport Comfortable working from a home office environment Willingness to travel, including occasional international trips Bachelor's degree required Self-driven with a strong results orientation Key Skills and Experience Experience in medical device, clinical diagnostics, or related technical industries preferred Exposure to imaging, automation, or embedded technologies is a plus Ability to develop technical product knowledge quickly Proven success selling direct and through partner channels Track record managing and growing channel partner relationships Experience working with sales engineering and support teams History of meeting or exceeding quota, ideally $1M+ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience selling into technical or engineering-driven environments Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or resellers preferred Able to work independently and collaboratively Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business across end users and partner channels Qualify opportunities and manage a consistent pipeline Drive full sales cycle from initial engagement through close Collaborate with partners to create and close new opportunities Support customers and partners in achieving their goals Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting Contribute to ongoing improvement of sales processes Company Long-standing global manufacturer of specialized technology components Products used in mission-critical equipment and systems Strong presence in regulated and highly technical industries Known for reliability, performance, and global reach Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $70,000 to $80,000 Year 1 OTE: $90,000 to $100,000 Year 2 OTE: $100,000 to $110,000 Health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan with company match Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Life and disability coverage
