The Architect, Master Data Management is an integral part of our Information Services team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site.
Position Details
The Architect, Master Data Management (MDM) is responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of the enterprise MDM platform. This role serves as the technical owner of MDM solutions and works closely with business stakeholders, data governance teams, application teams, and enterprise architects to establish a trusted, governed, and scalable master data foundation across the organization.
The Architect will lead the technical delivery of MDM capabilities, including data modeling, data quality, data integration, survivorship and matching rules, workflow design, hierarchy management, and platform optimization. This individual will play a key role in enabling enterprise initiatives across ERP, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Customer, Supplier, and Analytics domains.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the enterprise MDM architecture, roadmap, standards, and best practices.
  • Establish architecture principles for data governance, data quality, metadata management, and master data stewardship.
  • Lead the design and development of MDM solutions utilizing platforms such as Profisee, Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy, or equivalent.
  • Design integration patterns between MDM and enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Analytics platforms.
  • Develop APIs, ETL processes, and real-time integration services.
  • Develop platform support, maintenance, upgrade, and scalability strategies.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data architecture, application development, data integration, or enterprise data management.
  • 5+ years of hands-on MDM architecture and development experience.
  • ERP (JDE, EBS, SAP or Oracle Fusion) integration architecture and implementation.
