A typical day will consist of: Leading and supporting the teaching team through communication, coaching, collaboration, and professional development Overseeing the Curriculum & Intervention Specialist to ensure alignment across grade levels, effective intervention strategies, and strong, mission-aligned curriculum decisions Partnering with families to maintain clear expectations and communication in a homeschool hybrid model Managing enrollment-related academic processes, student assessments, and placement decisions Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of teaching staff Assisting with strategic initiatives, staff training, and special academic projects Benefits: Paid time off Professional development assistance
