Description
Patient Intake & Enrollment Specialist

Our integrated care model brings together medical care, nutrition, behavioral health, and exercise to help patients achieve sustainable, evidence-based results. In partnership with MedStar Health, CoreLife is not simply treating obesity symptoms; we are combating obesity as the disease it is.
Join us in revolutionizing healthcare and helping patients take meaningful steps toward better health.
