onpier is an InsurTech founded in 2021 by insurer HUK-COBURG, with LVM Versicherung joining as shareholder end of 2022. The company operates an open B2B2C platform that allows insurers to integrate value-added services into their offerings and deliver them directly to customers. Services focus primarily on mobility and are provided by connected partners. The role sits within the Strategy area and reports to the Head of Strategy.

What Will You Do?

As Head of Marketing Experimentation & Growth at onpier, you will build and lead a lean multidisciplinary Exploration Unit while establishing a structured model for hypotheses, tests, and validation. You will design, steer, and execute pilots, A/B-tests, and channel-content experiments to identify scalable marketing mechanisms. Additionally, you will translate insights from usage and test data into actionable recommendations and hand over validated approaches to product, sales, and insurance partners.
