support employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.
As an HR Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service by
supporting onboarding, employee records, benefits, leave administration, compliance,
and HR operations. This position is ideal for an organized, customer-focused HR

What you'll do
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, pre-employment
screening, employee records, and offboarding.
Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, motor vehicle reports (MVRs),
I-9 verification, and new hire processing.
Administer employee benefits and leave programs, including enrollments, life
events, leave requests, return-to-work coordination, and employee inquiries.
Manage badge requests, renewals, replacements, and compliance tracking.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality
and data integrity.
Process employment verifications, unemployment claims, and other employment-
related documentation.
Assist managers and employees by answering HR-related questions and
providing timely, professional support.
Monitor compliance with federal, state, and company policies related to
employment, benefits, and leave administration.
Perform audits and maintain documentation to ensure HR processes are
accurate and compliant.
Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to support HR programs and
initiatives.
Participate in special projects and continuously look for opportunities to improve
HR processes.
What you'll need
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum one to two years of Human Resources or related administrative
experience.
Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including onboarding, benefits,
leave administration, employee records, or compliance.
Experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
The wage range for Specialist Human Resources is $20.00 - $24.00
