The Senior Director, Human Insights reports to the VP, Human Sciences & Advanced Analytics. This role leadstheHuman Sciences teamfor North America Operating Unit (NAOU)to develop and implement theOUHuman Insightsagenda,whileconnecting and integrating it totheglobalHuman Insightsnetwork.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns and drives theOU Human Sciences learning agenda andactivities, comprising future consumer and shopperunderstanding of tensions and trends,application ofbehavioral science, consumer segment, cohort and culture understanding.
  • Generatefuture-back human insightsand develop a deep understanding ofhuman behaviors, mindset, values and trends
  • Appliesdisciplines ofGrowth Behavioral Science, Frameworks of Human and Consumption Segmentation
  • Performconsumer trendanalysis andother consumer analyticsdelivers to holistic answers to business questionsutilizing support from Platform Services
  • Leads development and utilization of breakthrough methods inclusive but not limited to AI advancements.
  • Partners with the Global Human Insights team, the local Marketing and Commercial organizations, the closer-in Advanced Analytics and Shopper Insights teams that also report into the VP of Human Sciences and Advanced Analytics to develop learning priorities inline with the growth objectives of the local Operating Unit and wider company.


Education Requirements:

Master's Degree Preferred, Bachelor's Degree Required

  • Be a visible and proactive internal and external leader on behalf ofHuman Insightsand TCCC. Internally: Be afact-basedvoice, gaining seat at the table in key business process and decision making. Foster the development of talent and capabilities across theinsight'scommunity and geographies. Externally: Represent TCCC's point of view in the research and analytics arena and push the envelope for better research standards, data quality and accountability across the industry to benefit companies and consumers.
