Position Overview:

The Branch Marketing Director assists in implementing a digital marketing strategy for the mortgage team. This position provides marketing and communications support for the company, resulting in a wide variety of assignments. This position works on diverse projects and assignments under the direction of the Branch Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and write content for social media, newsletters, social ads, etc.
  • Develop website and landing page content, print collateral, direct mail, event materials, online and print ads, radio commercial scripts, and internal communications.
  • Manage daily social media posts and engage with users.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral (e.g. flyers, postcards, pitch books, etc.).
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns for social media (Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Create and optimize content, audience growth, brand awareness, and engagement across key social platforms.
  • Edit video and photography content for social media.
  • Manage and update activity in CRM and maintain/pull excel sheets.
  • Assist in maintaining existing lead generation platforms.
  • Assist with event planning and execution.
  • Assist with running email marketing campaigns and sending email blasts.
  • Promote all agency open houses, team events and new listings.
  • Provide and explain analytics reports.
  • Manage and implement social media advertising campaigns (google ads, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, SEO, and operate promotional campaigns).
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Graphic Design, or a related field, a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience with social media and content writing (posts, newsletters, etc.).
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (mainly Photoshop).
  • Mortgage knowledge or experience, preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in social media marketing, preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in social media management, preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Office experience, preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Design, photography, and videography skills, a plus.
