Job Description

General:
Content IQ is a fast-growing, data-driven publishing technology company.
We are seeking a strong technical, data-driven, analytical leader to join our NYC team and help us continue to fuel our rapid growth by leading our successful Facebook Media department to new heights!

Role Description:
You will play an imperative role in driving the innovation, iteration, and optimization of our company technology and products.
Working closely with major stakeholders, you will be the subject matter expert for FB campaigns across our properties.
You will manage thousands of daily campings in a significant scale and budgets.
You will drive the creation of tools to support business growth; continue to develop and optimize existing tools.
Lead a small experienced team running multi-million dollar campaigns.
Formalize processes and methodologies to support the growing needs.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience:
5+ Audience development/ performance marketing.
3+ years of proven experience in Media buying through Facebook - an advantage.
3+ years of proven experience managing small teams.
2+ years of experience in building/designing and working with data tools
Ad Tech industry experience - an advantage
Strong quantitative analytical and problem an advantage - solving skills; passionate and results driven individual.
Proven experience in professional services in a media buying platform - an advantage
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong understanding of the programmatic and advertising space - an advantage
Ability to initiate and drive projects independently, start to finish.
Expert in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics and DFP.
Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of peers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under time pressures
Self-motivated, hands-on dynamic person with a strong desire to initiate and drive projects; ability to work independently and within a team.
Self-starter; ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to create, refine and execute processes

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, BSc and/or equivalent work experience.
