Position Responsibilities

  • Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business needs.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.

  • Protect company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.

  • Identify and document technology and process improvements to enhance system performance and ensure efficient operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support, systems administration or end-user computing environments.

  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments using endpoint management, virtualization and core networking technologies.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
