  • Salary: $176,280 - $220,350 plus annual target bonus
  • This role can be based out of any of the RCCB Production Centers (CA, IL, MI, MN, WI)

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Digital Manufacturing & Data Systems

    • Lead digital manufacturing initiatives to improve equipment performance, reliability, and operational visibility.
    • Develop and own RCCB’s Line Monitoring System (LMS) roadmap, including the support of our current Line Information System (LIS) and future LMS platforms.
    • Drive and maintain equipment fault code mapping into a historian to improve data accuracy, troubleshooting effectiveness, and root cause analysis.
    • Support plant and OE teams to develop and implement digital tools to standardize equipment settings and optimize line performance.
    • Create and maintain data visualization dashboards to support operational decisionmaking and performance tracking.

    Technical Equipment & Plant Support

    • Lead a team that provides advanced technical equipment and OT network support for manufacturing plants, both onsite and remotely.
    • Lead and execute strategic projects designed to improve plant performance, reliability, and sustainability.
    • Direct and support teams in troubleshooting and resolving shortterm plant and equipment issues.
    • Lead structured problemsolving efforts to quickly restore operations during unplanned downtime events.
    • Act as a technical escalation point during critical production disruptions.
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master’s Degree
