Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Manager to serve as the second-in-command to the owners, acting as a liaison between teams to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and web development pipelines, with specific expertise in Google AdWords, GA4, SEO, and WordPress. This full-time, on-site role involves managing internal teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the successful execution of digital strategies.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily digital marketing operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.​
  • Serve as a liaison between teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.​
  • Manage and mentor team members across various departments, including Web Development, SEO, Design and Social Media.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.​
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery.​
  • Collaborate with account managers to maintain timely deliverables and client satisfaction.​
  • Analyze data related to internal resource allocation and performance, identifying areas for improvement.​
  • Build and automate project management processes and workflows using tools like Wrike.​
  • Develop training materials and frameworks for various departments, ensuring comprehensive onboarding for new employees.​
