• Conduct thorough assessments and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the client's needs, addressing pre-crisis and crisis situations as they arise.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to overall program effectiveness and accountability.
• Implement evidence-based screening tools to accurately assess client needs, adjusting treatment modalities as appropriate in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute positive behavior support plans, fostering client engagement and empowerment.
• Actively engage in ongoing licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining high standards of practice and adherence to ethical guidelines.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels among local, state, and federal service systems, advocating for clients and connecting them with necessary resources.
• Develop strategic partnerships with community organizations to enhance service delivery and resource accessibility for clients.
• Pursue professional development opportunities including attending workshops, conferences, and participating in statewide task forces and committees.

• Complete other related tasks as directed by the Clinic Director, providing adaptable support to the team.

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An independent LMHC license is mandatory for this position.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base.

• Prior experience working with various mental health populations, particularly in a telehealth or remote context.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the utilization of screening tools in mental health assessment.
• A track record of professional involvement in mental health advocacy or related community initiatives.
