Job Description

  • Build and grow business through data center channels (hyperscale, colocation, enterprise).
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers; develop strong strategic relationships.
  • Analyze partner and competitor strengths/weaknesses to determine where we are strong and where we have capability gaps.
  • Map customer needs to company offerings and identify opportunities for new or expanded solutions.
  • Develop channel strategies and support sales in driving pipeline and closing deals.
  • Provide market intelligence to guide product, investment, and gotomarket decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and with strategic partners.
Qualifications
  • 5 + years of direct business in HVAC product category with data centers required in the US.
  • Deep understanding of data center ecosystems, buying cycles, and partner structures.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through channel or strategic partner development.
