Job description

**SIGN-ON BONUS**
The successful candidate will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus ($500 paid at time of hire and $500 paid at the end of 90 days of employment.
Reporting to the Dean of Financial Aid & Enrollment and collaborating with the Admission Team, the Enrollment Data Coordinator coordinates Admission Office communications, supports prospective families throughout the application process, maintains applicant records and materials and participates in admission events. This position is full time during the academic year (40 weeks a year).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
External Communications:
  • Manage the Admission email account and answer and direct phone calls, including responding to applicant inquiries and interview scheduling.
  • Provide application and enrollment support and guidance to prospective families and assist candidates in meeting admission deadlines.
  • Maintain and update digital Admission communications, confirmations, correspondence templates, and checklist communications.
  • Coordinate international admission acceptance mailings, Viewbook mailings, and Doorway to Deerfield data requests.
  • Greet prospective students and families during campus visits.

Data Management
  • Review, upload, process, and maintain applicant materials, including transcripts, recommendations, grades, and supplemental materials.
  • Maintain applicant records and checklists, including transcript tracking, application requirements, and applicant data updates.
  • Process applicant transcripts for Admission Committee review and Academic Affairs.
  • Scan and upload incoming applicant mail and supporting documents to School Admin.
  • Create and distribute Academic Data Sheets.

General Office Administration
  • Provide administrative support to Admission Officers and application readers during committee season.
  • Assist with Admission events and programming as needed.
  • Serve as the backup to the Visit & Tour Guide Coordinator as needed.
  • Greet and direct visitors as needed

  • Associate's degree and/or equivalent work- related experience required
  • 3-5 years customer service experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Outlook and Google Docs
  • Ability to be flexible and work as part of a team
  • Ability to manage, and sensitivity to, highly confidential information

Physical Demands
  • Ability to frequently sit for sustained periods of time
