  • Establish and implement business processes to reduce and control total cost of purchased materials while improving service, resilience, and responsiveness.
  • Partner closely with engineering, operations, planning, quality, and program teams to integrate sourcing considerations into product roadmaps, NPD, and customer commitments.
  • Establish strong governance over contracts, supplier performance, and risk mitigation plans, including continuity, liability, and long-term capacity commitments.
  • Implement strong supply management tools, technology, and sourcing processes to improve results and increase efficiencies.

YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations or related field is required. MBA, or advanced certification in supply chain or procurement is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain is highly preferred. Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
  • Strategic sourcing leadership experience with the ability to define global sourcing strategies, build scalable supplier networks, and align supply management priorities with business growth objectives.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including advanced negotiation, contract management, total cost of ownership, supplier economics, and risk mitigation.
  • Executive-level supplier relationship management, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, build trusted partnerships, and create supplier governance mechanisms.
  • Supplier development and operational readiness expertise, including capacity planning, ramp readiness, quality improvement, and supplier performance management.
  • Analytical and market intelligence capability to assess commodity trends, supply risks, inflationary impacts, and sourcing opportunities.
