This role is being recruited by CoffeeSpace on behalf of an anonymous cybersecurity startup focused on simplifying security through agentless AI solutions.


We’re identifying a small number of exceptional backend software engineers from our network. If there’s a strong fit, we’ll introduce you directly to the founding team.


Location: San Francisco Bay Area / hybrid, with 3 days in-office in Redwood City, CA

Compensation: $140K - $180K base + competitive equity

Employment type: Full-time

This company provides agentless AI solutions that address insider risk by streamlining security processes. Their platform integrates over 100 data streams to deliver one-click fixes, making security management more efficient for enterprise customers.

About the role

As a backend software engineer, you will develop integrations and custom detections using Go, Python, and TypeScript. You'll work closely with customer security teams during onboarding and incorporate insights from these interactions into the platform.


This role offers real engineering challenges, not just pre-sales or support tasks. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and directly influence the product's development.

  • Build and ship integrations and custom detections in Go, Python, and TypeScript.
