Job Summary:ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  The EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - CURRICULUM & INSTRUCTION provides strategic leadership and system-wide oversight for the planning, development, implementation,ย 

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย and continuous improvement of all K12 curriculum, instruction, assessment, and intervention systems. This role ensures coherence, rigor, equity, and accountability across

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย educational programs while advancing the district's strategic priorities and Board goals. The Executive Director works closely with the Superintendent, Board of Education,ย

Qualifications:ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in a related field.

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  Valid Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW) teaching and administrative licenses. Superintendent license strongly preferred.

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  Five (5) to seven (7) years of increasingly responsible educational leadership experience, including supervision of professional staff.ย 

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and district policies.ย
