Job description

Overview

The Associate Director, CRM Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for reimagining and rebuilding the technology foundation that powers TripleLift's go-to-market engine. You will lead a major, multi-phase overhaul of our Salesforce architecture - spanning system redesign, process modernization, and the introduction of AI and automation into core sales and revenue workflows. This is not a maintenance role: you are being brought in to set the long-term technical vision for CRM and GTM systems and to drive that vision through execution, with a team supporting you along the way.

As the primary owner of our Salesforce org, you'll drive everything from architecture and platform governance to custom development, while owning the broader GTM tech stack - including Outreach, Gong, MediaRadar, and other tools - and making the architectural calls that determine how these systems work together. You will have at least one direct report and will sit alongside other functional leaders across Analytics and Sales Enablement, representing CRM/tech strategy in high-level conversations with Sales and Revenue leadership on process change, tooling investments, and revenue reporting standards.

You will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales leadership, IT, and BI/Data teams to translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions - ensuring our systems evolve in lockstep with how we go to market, today and as we scale. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically deep, business-minded leader who wants to own a high-impact stack end-to-end, architect meaningful infrastructure from the ground up, and play a central role in shaping how TripleLift's revenue engine runs for years to come.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a major, ground-up revamp of TripleLift's Salesforce architecture (est. 12-18 months), setting technical vision and managing the initiative from scoping through delivery
  • Own end-to-end Salesforce development, including custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, validation rules, and platform configuration across Sales & Service Cloud and integrated products
  • Architect and lead the introduction of AI and automation capabilities into core sales, revenue, and CRM workflows
  • Architect, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack - including Outreach, Gong, MediaRadar, and other revenue-facing tools - ensuring clean, reliable data flow across systems
  • Represent CRM/GTM systems strategy in high-level conversations with Sales and Revenue leadership, advising on process change, tooling decisions, and platform roadmap
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions, managing the full development lifecycle from scoping through deployment
  • Govern data quality and integrity across the GTM stack, establishing standards for hygiene, deduplication, and taxonomy that support accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize new GTM technologies, serving as the internal subject matter expert on tool selection, vendor management, and platform roadmap
  • Partner with BI/Data and IT teams to connect CRM infrastructure to downstream reporting tools (e.g., Snowflake, Omni) and support enterprise-wide data initiatives
  • Lead and mentor a direct report (and, over time, a broader CRM/tech team), setting technical standards and best practices for the function
Education & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Salesforce Administration required
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing direct reports, leading large-scale system architecture or platform migration projects, and advising senior stakeholders on technical strategy
