Job description

Food Preparation & Service
  • Operates ovens, roller grills, and similar kitchen equipment in environments where established procedures are followed and no cooking skills are required.
  • Heats, assembles, and prepares food items to support heat-and-eat and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations.
  • Ensures condiments and complimentary food items are stocked and available during service periods.
  • Stocks grab-and-go and quick-heat items as needed.
  • Maintains sanitation and cleanliness standards in food preparation areas, service areas, and on all equipment utilized.
Stocking & Inventory Control
  • Transports merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and replenishes stock in a neat and presentable manner, following established instructions.
  • Conducts periodic inventory counts.
  • Reports out-of-stock, slow-moving, defective, or damaged merchandise to management.
  • Performs random price verification checks and initiates corrective actions as instructed.
  • Stocks food, beverage, and retail supplies before service periods and replenishes inventory throughout shifts.
  • Assists in maintaining accurate and up-to-date retail shelf labels.
Cash Handling & Administrative Duties
  • Maintains required documentation, including returned inventory logs, daily cash reports, and other related records.
  • Operates cash registers and other point-of-sale (POS) equipment.
  • Processes sales transactions, accepts payments, makes change, and handles cash, credit card, and check transactions.
  • May establish new customer accounts, process refunds, and perform other transactional duties as directed.
Customer Service
  • Provides a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent and exceptional service.
  • Greets customers promptly upon contact or line of sight.
  • Actively listens to customer needs and provides solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
