- Managing the collection and organization of relevant project data from corporate and divisional personnel, and conducting scenario / sensitivity analyses to pressure-test transaction economics

- Lead other high-profile, strategic projects as required - e.g., footprint optimization, large scale capital expansion, asset divestitures, partnerships, minority investments, etc.
- Develop strong relationships across the operating companies (Beer and Wine & Spirits) and central support functions (Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, IT)
- Work closely with internal leadership as the company undertakes new initiatives (mergers, acquisitions, strategic projects) to ensure effective and efficient execution of operational objectives
- Partner closely with Legal throughout the transaction lifecycle, developing fluency in transaction documents and taking full ownership of all business terms and commercial provisions within the documents
- Prepare executive-level presentation materials, including for the Executive Management team and Board of Directors, that translate complex financial and strategic analyses into clear, digestible narratives and recommendations
- Other Corporate Development-related duties and special projects as required

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to rapidly come up to speed on new issues, identify the critical questions, and develop hypothesis-driven recommendations

- Advanced financial modeling skills; ability to build pro-forma three-statement models, valuation analyses (DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions), and accretion/dilution and synergy frameworks
- Solid foundation in GAAP accounting and corporate finance principles (NPV, IRR, ROIC, cost of capital)
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate and influence all levels in the organization
- Strategic, data-driven thinker who can take ambiguous questions and use internal and external data to uncover insights and tell a clear story. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information, interpret key drivers, and translate findings into actionable recommendations, backed by solid business judgment and structured problem-solving.
