User Experience & Conversion Optimization

  • Own technical SEO initiatives across all web properties.
  • Implement structured data, schema markup, metadata, and indexing best practices.
  • Optimize website architecture and content structure for search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
  • Partner with content and marketing teams to maximize organic visibility and search performance.
  • Monitor and improve site health, crawlability, page speed, and search rankings.
  • Analytics & Performance Management
  • Track and report on key website metrics including traffic, engagement, conversions, Core Web Vitals, and search performance.
  • Identify technical issues affecting site performance and proactively implement solutions.
  • Utilize behavioral data and analytics to guide ongoing enhancements and development priorities.
  • Stay current on emerging web technologies, SEO trends, AI search developments, and digital experience best practices.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in web development, front-end development, or digital experience optimization.
  • Hands-on experience building websites and landing pages using Framer.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end development principles.
  • Experience implementing technical SEO best practices and website performance optimization.

  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
  • Experience conducting website testing and optimization initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Media, Marketing Technology, or a related field.

Preferred

  • Experience with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI search visibility strategies.
  • Experience working with financial services, fintech, asset management, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking implementation.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, API integrations, and marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodologies and testing frameworks.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-performing websites, landing pages, or digital experiences.
