Board Certified Pediatrician - Concierge Practice Marquis MD

Boca Raton, FL | Full-Time | On-site

Who We Are

Marquis MD is redefining modern concierge medicineโ€”converging high-touch primary care, whole-person wellness, and advanced technologyโ€”to deliver exceptional patient experience.

At Marquis MD, culture is not a slogan; it is the foundation of how we practice medicine. We operate as one team, unified by a shared purpose: delivering care that feels deeply personal, anticipatory, and human.

We meet patients where they areโ€”physically and emotionallyโ€”and we build lasting relationships that prioritize understanding over volume, prevention over reaction, and empathy over efficiency.

Every decision is guided by our commitment to excellence, integrity, and the belief that exceptional care begins with exceptional connection.

  • Financial Times โ€“ #5 on โ€œThe Americasโ€™ Fastest Growing Companies.โ€
  • EY Entrepreneur Of The Yearยฎ U.S. Overall.
  • South Florida Business Journalโ€™s Top 100 Companies.
  • Florida Trend Magazineโ€™s 500 Most Influential Business Leaders.
  • Inc. Best in Business, Health Services.
About the Role

We are seeking a Board Certified Pediatrician to join Marquis MD Pediatrics and help shape the clinical culture, referral relationships, and care model of the practice. The ideal candidate is clinically exceptional, genuinely relationship-driven, and motivated by the opportunity to practice pediatrics the way it was designed to be practiced: with time, continuity, and a patient panel small enough to actually know every family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care to a limited, curated panel of pediatric members from newborn through adolescence across all membership tiers.
  • Conduct well-child visits, developmental and behavioral screenings, acute illness evaluations, chronic disease management, and adolescent care โ€” with appointment time that reflects the complexity of the visit.
  • Build and maintain genuine physician-family relationships; know your patients by name, history, and circumstance โ€” not by chart number.
  • Provide direct physician access to members via secure messaging, with same-day and next-day appointment availability as the standard.
  • Conduct in-house phlebotomy oversight and rapid point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, COVID, bilirubin, glucose) โ€” eliminating the need for families to visit a separate lab.
  • Coordinate specialist referrals with close-loop communication; be reachable by the specialists you refer to.
  • Actively build and maintain referral relationships with OB/GYNs, neonatologists, pediatric specialists, private schools, and community partners as an ongoing part of the role.
  • Contribute to the clinical standards, protocols, and care model of Marquis MD Pediatrics.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the practice EMR.
Qualifications
  • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certification in Pediatrics (ABP or AOA).
  • Active and unrestricted Florida medical license, or eligibility and commitment to obtain prior to launch.
  • DEA registration.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical pediatric experience post-residency.
  • BLS and PALS certification.
Preferred
  • Experience in concierge, direct primary care, membership-based, or private practice settings.
  • Clinical relationships in the OB/GYN, neonatology, or pediatric specialist community in Palm Beach or Broward County โ€” these relationships are a material asset in a pre-launch context.
  • Sub-specialty depth in adolescent medicine, developmental pediatrics, integrative pediatric health, or pediatric nutrition.
  • Demonstrated patient satisfaction and communication excellence.
  • PTO: The Company offers a generous Paid Time Off plan that accrues at a set rate, increasing with years of service. For your first year, the accrual rate is 6.15 hours per bi-weekly pay period, equivalent to 160 hours (20 days) of PTO. It is company policy that no PTO days are to be taken within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Insurance: We offer a company-wide benefits program that includes medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance plan.
  • 401k: The Company offers a robust 401k program that includes up to a 6% employer match (or the maximum allowable by law) annually.
  • Malpractice Insurance: Marquis MD will pay for your coverage, including tail coverage.
  • Licensing: Marquis MD will pay for your relevant license fees.
