The ideal candidate will demonstrate executive presence, deep industry expertise, and a unified, growth-oriented mindset to effectively influence and build strategic relationships at the highest levels of client organizations. Over time, the MCP will develop a deep understanding of Marsh's solutions and capabilities.
We will count on you for:

  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial fluency, enabling effective communication with C-suite executives, interpreting financial data, and aligning strategic initiatives with client and organizational financial objectives.
What you need to have:
  • Client-Centric & Value-Driven: Proven success in prioritizing client needs and creating measurable value through strategic initiatives that enhance outcomes without unnecessary disruption or complexity.
  • Growth & Retention Leadership: Demonstrated ability to drive client growth, expansion, retention, and satisfaction by proactively identifying and leveraging growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Enterprise Thinker: Skilled in articulating Marsh's value proposition across all four businesses, tailoring messaging to meet client needs and maximize enterprise-wide impact.
  • Global Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining influential C-suite and board-level relationships within complex, international organizations; adept at navigating ambiguity, cultural differences, and establishing trust to support long-term growth.
  • Network Builder & Integrator: Leverages global resources and cultivates extensive internal and client networks to deliver integrated solutions, drive collaboration, and maximize scale.
  • Leadership & Talent Development: Inspires and develops high-performing, diverse teams across virtual and international environments, fostering a culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous growth.
  • Accountability & Metrics: Understands the importance of clearly defined KPIs and accountability measures to ensure alignment with organizational and client objectives.
  • Purpose-Driven & Impact-Oriented: Demonstrates ownership, purpose, and a commitment to client success, sharing insights, developing innovative ideas, and leading collaboratively to create meaningful impact.
