This unique 1:1 provider-to-MA opportunity offers a higher-touch, lower-volume patient environment where you can practice a comprehensive clinical scope, build long-term relationships, and enjoy a predictable schedule with no weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Procedures: Perform patient intake, measure vital signs, and execute a full clinical MA scope including phlebotomy, EKGs, ear lavages, and Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) testing.
  • Front Office & Administration: Manage incoming calls, return patient communications, assist with prescription refills, and coordinate patient flow in a 1:1 ratio with your dedicated provider.
  • Patient-Centered Care: Provide compassionate support to a primary care population (predominantly adults aged 45-105, alongside occasional pediatric and family care patients).
  • Concierge Practice Flow: Adapt to a comprehensive care model that prioritizes longer appointment times, thorough patient engagement, and collaborative teamwork.
