Job Title: Sr. Plant Director

This role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus targeted at 25% of base salary, subject to plan terms and company performance.

The Sr. Plant Director at the Central Kitchen will focus on the operations, which consists of managing the brand, ensuring food quality meets the brand expectation, managing inventory, and controlling costs as it relates to product and labor to ensure budgets are met.
