  • Lead job architecture, leveling, and career framework governance across business units.
  • Support executive, sales, and variable compensation programs in partnership with the VP of Total Rewards.

Market Pricing & Pay Governance

  • Own enterprise market pricing, benchmarking, and salary structure design.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Finance on annual cycles including merit, bonus, and promotions.
  • Ensure consistent application of pay philosophy and governance standards.

Analytics, Modeling & Business Partnership

  • Build compensation models to assess cost, risk, and ROI of pay decisions.

  • Partner with Finance on workforce cost planning and scenario modeling.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with wage-and-hour, pay equity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support pay equity analyses and remediation actions.
  • Maintain documentation, controls, and audit readiness.

Leadership & Enablement

  • Lead and develop compensation team members (analysts, managers).
  • Enable HR partners and leaders through training, tools, and guidance.
  • Partner with HRIS and People Analytics to ensure data integrity.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive compensation experience in medium-to-large organizations.
  • Demonstrated ownership of enterprise compensation programs, job architecture, and market pricing.
  • Strong compensation analytics, modeling, and data storytelling capability.
  • Experience partnering with Finance and HR leadership.
  • Experience supporting executive or sales compensation programs.
  • Exposure to public-company or regulated environments.
  • Large, multi-business or matrixed organization experience.
