This role is part of the Enterprise Intelligence team within the Global Digital Network organization. As Director, Global Consumption & Purchase Protocols Intelligence, you will play a critical role in leading the development and improvement of modern research and measurement systems that connect consumer consumption behaviors with shopping and purchase insights. This role will help create scalable global tracking programs, research protocols, and insight frameworks that deliver consistent, data-driven business intelligence across Coca-Cola's brands, categories, customers, and markets. You will work closely with marketing leaders, Human Insights, Marketing Performance, Categories and cross-functional stakeholders, to drive data-informed strategies that enhance brand performance and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead global consumer and shopper tracking and measurement programs across marketing and commercial functions.
• Develop modern research methodologies and integrated measurement approaches that connect consumption and purchase behaviors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Marketing Performance, Human Insights, Commercial, RGM and Analytics Intelligence teams.
• Build and strengthen relationships with research agencies, analytics partners, and external data suppliers.
• Help identify innovative tools, technologies, and intelligence solutions that improve research quality and business impact.
• Drive adoption of standardized research protocols and scalable tracking systems across global markets.
• Support awareness, training, and capability-building initiatives to improve organizational data fluency.
• Improve research operational excellence, measurement consistency, efficiency, and reporting effectiveness.
• Collaborate across global and regional teams to deliver actionable consumer and shopper insights.
• Lead and influence cross-network engaged teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Experience
• Strong expertise in consumer and shopper research methodologies, tracking studies, and survey design.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources into clear, actionable business insights.
• Understanding of category, brand, customer, omni-channel, and commercial intelligence frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across complex global organizations.
• Experience managing research partners, agencies, and external vendors.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Comfortable leading change and driving adoption of new research approaches and tools.
Preferred Background
8+ years of experience in consumer insights, shopper research, analytics, or marketing intelligence.
Experience working within global organizations and across multiple geographic markets.
• Research agency experience.
• Experience leading integrated consumer and shopper intelligence programs preferred.
• AI technology and advanced analytic experience preferred.
Education
• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
