Job description

The Position:Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, St. Patrick Center, is hiring a Grant Per Diem (GPD) Director to oversee the Veterans Affairs (VA) GPD programs, Transition in Place (TIP) beds, Bridge beds, the HERO, and CE programs to ensure all contract goals are met and budgets are adequately spent. The director is responsible for the training of new program staff and oversees daily work of GPD case managers, as well as the off-site Caritas St. Mathews and HERO programs to ensure documentation and verification requirements are followed, assessments are accurate, and homeless verification is provided. This role is responsible for the oversight of program contracts and assists in the completion of monthly and quarterly reports and the financial oversight for all GPD programs.
