Job description

About the Role Senior Business Immigration Analyst position with direct impact, training, development, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities Develop knowledge of the firm, various immigration case types, and client processes. Prepare and file immigration petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, review, drafting, and filing. Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts to provide timely case status updates. Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines and report case progress, escalations to supervisor. Compile and summarize data within case management systems for reporting to clients, managers, and team. Contribute to team and individual productivity goals, demonstrating flexibility and initiative. Follow documented firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational, and client compliance (e.g., data privacy protocols, Connect usage). Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree, Paralegal certification, or experience in a customer‐facing or client service‐oriented role. At least two years of business immigration experience (e.g., paralegal). Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and raise case issues to supervisor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proofread documents, draft fluent prose, and avoid grammatical mistakes without AI. Experience using MS Word and Excel.
