REPORTS TO: Director of Sales, GVC Division
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Hybrid
PHYSICAL WORK LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN office and home office
DIRECT REPORTS: No
FLSA: Exempt, FT

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong background in solution-based sales, business development, and enterprise account management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Audio/Visual, Security, and Collaboration technology solutions, managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and presenting solutions to executive-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage enterprise customer relationships.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Sell Audio/Visual, Security, Collaboration, and related technology solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and customer data in CRM.
  • Prepare proposals and support solution development.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of technology solutions sales experience.
  • Experience selling AV, Security, Collaboration, or IT solutions.
  • Strong consultative and relationship-based selling skills.
  • Experience presenting to Director, VP, and C-Level executives.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
