The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UI Architect to align the design and runtimes of associate facing experiences across multiple domains. The candidate should possess a deep technical background in modern UX/UI architectures across web, mobile and desktop.
The role will partner with peer architects in multiple solution architecture teams, drive clarity in purpose, partner closely with engineering teams to drive design and adopt cross application platforms/architectures. The role succeeds by driving adoption of preferred technologies and platforms, ensuring patterns, standards and guidelines are ready for engineering teams.

The following will help you succeed and thrive in this role:
  • Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, adaptable, and strive to excel in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Substantial experience leading and coordinating architecture for the development and deployment of key mobile, web and desktop frameworks working across hybrid and native implementations
  • Experience with native and hybrid mobile frameworks including iOS, Android, Ionic Capacitor (or similar)
  • Strong experience with desktop interoperability platforms and standards, including FDC3, and related interop products, enabling application composition, context sharing, and cross-application workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of client-side web technologies including Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, etc.
  • Experience with proof-of-concept development and evangelization
  • Expertise in working across disparate engineering and product teams, coordinating project work
  • Experience bringing together like minded individuals across different business units for a common purpose
  • Degree in engineering, computer science, or related field, with equivalent experience considered
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and provide technical guidance to engineers working across platforms, interoperability layers, and capabilities.
  • Ability to design and evolve UI frameworks and shared frontend capabilities that support both browser-based and desktop-hosted experiences.
