Administrative Associate (Architecture)Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and project teams
- Manage calendars, meetings, and communications across multiple stakeholders
- Prepare polished, client-ready documents, reports, and presentations
- Support proposals and RFPs by assembling materials and tracking deadlines
- Maintain organized project files, records, and office systems
- Coordinate travel arrangements, office operations, and team events
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams as the role evolves
Qualifications
- 2โ5+ years of administrative experience required
- (AEC, architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience managing calendars and coordinating schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- (Google Workspace experience is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
