Administrative Associate (Architecture)Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and project teams
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and communications across multiple stakeholders
  • Prepare polished, client-ready documents, reports, and presentations
  • Support proposals and RFPs by assembling materials and tracking deadlines
  • Maintain organized project files, records, and office systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, office operations, and team events
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams as the role evolves
Qualifications
  • 2โ€“5+ years of administrative experience required
  • (AEC, architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience managing calendars and coordinating schedules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • (Google Workspace experience is a plus)
