Job description

About us

alt super store is a forward-thinking retailer and brand incubator in the alternative wellness and supplement space. We build innovative consumer brands and a growing portfolio of functional wellness products that challenge conventions and connect with communities seeking modern, plant-powered alternatives.

The Role

You'll own our affiliate program end to end: finding partners, closing them, keeping them productive, and reporting on what they drive. You will collaborate closely with our Growth Specialist, who will set goals and budget with you, then get out of your way. You need to be someone who plans your own pipeline, unblocks yourself, and communicates clearly in writing.

What You'll Own

  • Prospecting and outreach: build target lists of creators, publishers, review sites, and niche communities; run personalized outreach at volume; manage your pipeline in a CRM
  • Deal terms: negotiate commission structures, flat fees, and hybrid deals within guardrails
  • Onboarding: tracking links, promo codes, creative assets, and payment setup for every new partner
  • Relationship management: keep active affiliates warm with new offers, product drops, and seasonal pushes
  • Platform and payouts: administer our affiliate tracking software and run monthly payouts accurately and on time
  • Reporting: weekly written updates covering revenue, conversions, effective commission cost, and top and bottom performers; quarterly pruning of partners who don't produce
  • Coordination: pull creative assets from our in-house team and sync affiliate promos with the email calendar

You're a Fit If

  • You have 2 to 4 years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or influencer management, ideally for DTC e-commerce
  • You've personally run outreach that closed deals, and you can show the numbers
  • You're hands-on with at least one affiliate platform
  • You write well; your emails and DMs are our first impression with every partner
  • You're self-directed and work best with goals and guardrails, not task lists
  • You're comfortable working in regulated product categories

Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships with wellness or alternative lifestyle creators and publishers
  • Shopify ecosystem familiarity
  • Prior experience in CPG/wellness categories
