Be part of the global Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Engineering leadership team driving factory improvements, product improvements for producibility and cost savings, manufacturing technology implementation, and new product development for Honeywell Aerospace.
We are hiring a Sr Director to lead the global ISC Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team for New Product Introduction (NPI) supporting programs across the Aerospace portfolio.
In this role, you will leverage your extensive product development experience and leadership skills. You will drive continuous improvement to develop new products, processes, and standards in support of the organization's business strategies with a direct impact on development program success. You will develop strategy, hold teams accountable and deliver high impact business results.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver NPI program objectives including product producibility, design-to-cost (DTC) targets, production readiness, and customer quality.
  • Operate as a change agent to embed producibility into our core design processes.
  • Build Employee Engagement and Skills through the development of standard work, clear roles and responsibilities, and effective training programs.
  • Design and develop Management Operating Systems to ensure effective team operations, driving results to program and department objectives.
  • Work closely with the SBU engineering team, Program Management, and ISC leaders to build cross-organizational alignment

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 8 years of experience in New Product Development
  • US Citizenship due to contractual requirements
