Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Direct Marketing Professional to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales contracts, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating customer and neighborhood needs, and verifying successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
This is an entry level position tailored to a merit based business plan. What that means for you is that even though you're starting out at entry level, you have the opportunity to be promoted based on the quality of work you do. We are eager to continue expanding our presence in new territories. We can only achieve that with individuals that share that same passion. 

Responsibilities 
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Meet with potential and existing customers within your assigned territory
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in Customer Relationship Management program
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED not required
  • Previous experience in outside sales a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong overall communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
