Job Summary: ICS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Client Service Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a vital administrative role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all stages of our direct mail production process. The ideal candidate excels in managing multiple tasks with precision, thrives in a demanding environment, and supports internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to several internal departments and Client Service team members
- Accurately create and manage work tickets and documentation for complex direct mail projects
- Coordinate with the Scheduling Department to meet critical deadlines and client expectations
- Monitor, track, and report key account metrics with a focus on consistency and quality
- Generate and maintain detailed work orders and project documentation
- Assist in maintaining internal systems and databases to ensure up-to-date records
- Support additional administrative projects and tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Customer Service, Direct Mail, Print Production, Marketing Services, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of direct mail production processes, print manufacturing, or marketing operations preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
